IV ÖZET DOKTORA TEZİ XVII.YUZYIL OSMANLI SARAY TEŞRİFATI VE TÖRENLERİ DÜNDAR ALİKILIÇ Danışman: Prof.Dr. Enver KONUKÇU 2002-Sayfa: 255 Jüri: Prof.Dr. Enver KONUKÇU XVII. yüzyıl Osmanlı Saray Teşrifatı ve Törenleri üzerine yapılan bu çalışma, giriş bölümü ile birlikte üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde, Osmanlı Saray Teşkilâtı, Saray Teşrifatının teşekkülü, tarihçesi ve teşkilâtı hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde, Devlet işlerine ait Divân-ı Hümâyun Teşrifatı, Cülus, Kılıç Kuşanma, Sefere çıkış ve Donanmanın denize açılması ile ilgili törenlere değinilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, Cuma Selâmlığı, Mevlîd Kandili, Bayramlaşma, Hırka-i Şerîf Ziyareti, Surre-i Hümâyun İhracı ve Cenaze Törenleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde, şehzadelerin doğumu, eğitimi, padişahın saray dışına çıkması, nikâh ve düğün törenleri, teşrifat defterleri ve arşiv belgelerindeki bilgilere göre değerlendirilmiştir.

V ABSTRACT Ph.D THESIS OTTOMAN PALACE PROTOCOL AND CEREMONIES IN THE XVIIth CENTURY Dündar ALİKILIÇ Supervisor: Prof.Dr. Enver KONUKÇU 2002-Page:255 Jury: Prof.Dr. Enver KONUKÇU Ottoman Palace Protocol and Ceremonies in the XVIIth century This study is concerned with the Ottoman Court Protocol and ceremonies in XVII. century and composed of an introductory part and three chapters. The introductory part is intended to give information on the Ottoman Palace Protocol and on the formation, history and organization of the Court Protocol. The first chapter tackles the ceremonies concerning the state affairs such as Divan-ı Hümayun Protocol, Accession to the Throne, Sword-wearing, Expedition and Sailing of the Fleet. The second chapter gives information about Cuma Selamlığı, Mevlid Kandili, Bayramlaşma (Greetings), Visit to Hırka-i Şerif, Surre-i Hümayun (Bidding the Pilgrims) and funeral ceremonies. The third chapter is devoted to an archive -and- protocol notebooks-based evaluation of the birth and education of princes (padisahs-to-be), padişah' s leaving the court for a walk outside, engagement and wedding ceremonies.
